- The Rangitoto Classic!!- This is an awesome race and a rare opportunity to race up the volcano and back home again to Takapuna. If you are keen to race this event it is only 4 weeks away and we have some serious fitness work to get in before then. You do not need to be a qualified guard to enter this one. There is also a bit of admin that you will need to get sorted.- If this is something you might be interested in, please make sure you email Bjorn at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Entries need to be to Bjorn by the 18th July.
- Parent Helpers Needed!!
We have 2 winter camps planned this season- 11th and 12th July and 1 weekend in August (Unfortunately the club is needed for the weekend that we had planned so I will keep you posted on the new August dates).
These camps cant go ahead without a chaperone or parent help for food prep etc. If you are available from 5pm on the Saturday to 9am on the Sunday for either of these camps, please let me know.
- This is a workshop that Takapuna Boating club is putting on. Ski and Ocean Kayak specific stuff with some really good speakers and coaches involved. Have a read and if you are interested, sign up. I know it clashes with some training sessions but I am happy for you to do that instead.
